Active development and collaboration initiatives

GoHerd

Leading product design and development for a social networking platform that reimagines nonprofit membership management. Originally conceived as a Columbia course project, GoHerd is being bootstrapped by a team of three co-founders into a comprehensive solution for grassroots community building.

The platform combines traditional membership tools with social network functionality, enabling nonprofits to foster deeper member engagement while streamlining administrative workflows. Built on ActivityPub protocols for decentralized social networking, the backend leverages Node.js and MongoDB for scalable data management.

I serve as product design lead, responsible for comprehensive wireframing, user experience workflows, and low-code front-end development. The project demonstrates collaborative development skills while exploring emerging social web technologies and nonprofit sector technology needs.

Additional Development Work

Concurrently developing several client projects including a comprehensive business directory rebuild and an event management platform featuring real-time notification systems. These projects expand my portfolio's scope while maintaining focus on practical business solutions and user-centered design.
